By joining The Bharat Tech Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18+ who can refer clients for IT services.
Commission Structure: Payouts are based on project value and may vary. The maximum commission per project is ₹2,00,000.
Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful only when the client makes full payment and the project is completed.
Payment Terms: Commissions are processed after project completion via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Paytm within 7–14 days.
Fair Practice: No false promises, misleading information, or unethical practices should be used to bring referrals.
Multiple Referrals: There is no limit on the number of referrals an affiliate can bring.
Program Changes: The Bharat Tech reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding commission payouts will be resolved by The Bharat Tech, and the decision will be final.
Legal Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and should not misrepresent The Bharat Tech’s services.
